Dream job in Venice, Italy.
dream jobs come along every so often,
luckily for me, they seem to come along more often then not...In this case, I was hired to travel with a group of chefs to photograph and sample the best ingredients and foods of the Venetian culture for a large supermarket chain. Pretty sweet work if you can get it! At a later date, we also experienced Thailand and Japan traveling with chefs and a prominent food writer and cookbook author from the United States.
